See, feel and experience the Montessori Method for yourself at a "Montessori Journey and Discovery Experience," to be presented on Saturday, October 21. This special event is designed to allow you to view and interact with the unique Montessori environment through the eyes of a child.
The Montessori Journey and Discovery begins with an exploration of the classroom environment through the lens of quiet observation, gathering first impressions as you take in the sensory richness and detail of the Montessori classrooms, you may experience the sense of order and sequence which so elegantly engages the children. Following the silent observation, you’ll have a chance to actively engage with Montessori lessons and materials at each level. Throughout this portion, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share reflections with other parents and staff. Finally, we will all join together to share reflections and observations.
This event is open to current and future parents and interested families, educators and community members upon reservation.
Space is limited for this special event; please rsvp to reserve your spot
Target audience: All Parents and Community Members - Please RSVP
After School Program Recognized by PCTE Field Consultant
Toddler After School
“The Toddler After School teachers, Elena, Delmy and Kelly, must be congratulated on their program. So often the after school program is reduced to child minding, but this is a well structured, beautifully scheduled, integral part of the Montessori day. The children were working as enthusiastically and intently when their parents picked them up as they must have been at 9:00am.”
Christine Frost, PCTE Field Consultant
