The Upper Elementary 3rd year students continued their study of the properties of matter with an engaging, hands-on experience. In true Montessori fashion, they collaborated with a partner and utilized the scientific method to explore the role of a catalyst in an exothermic chemical reaction. Their ability to safely and accurately follow the multi-step procedure was a testament to the skills they’ve developed throughout their time at Princeton Montessori School …and the wonder and joy on their faces is what learning is all about!”
