He shared some thoughts, and pictures, of his adventure:
–
“I spent three days at a resort by the beach running workshops and preparing students for a big final show and then I spent some time in Beijing working at the school. Fortunately, I had a few days to myself so I got to climb the Great Wall of China and visit the Forbidden City and The Temple Of Heaven. I also took a Yoga class in Chinese, ate tons of AMAZING food, walked for miles and simply enjoyed being completely emerged in a new culture. The children I worked with were wonderful as children always are… kids are kids! That is for sure. And music cuts across all boundaries which was especially evident for me the entire week.”
