Jill Turndorf, a local artisan of fine handcrafted jewelry and alumni parent, will be selling her jewelry as a fundraiser for Princeton Montessori School, with 80% of the purchase price of each piece going directly to the school. Jill’s sons Charlie (’02) and Ben (’03) graduated from the Middle School program.
Jill has been making jewelry for years with polymer clay, and more recently, with precious metal clay. She makes wearable pieces of sculpture in pure .999 fine silver. Many of her pieces are organic in feel, inspired by nature. Each piece is individually sculpted, not cast, with some beads, pendants and clasps each taking many hours to create. They are then strung with gemstones, semiprecious stones and pearls or hung on sterling silver chains or ear wires. You can visit her website at www.turndorf.com for a sampling of her art and jewelry.
Thank you Jill for supporting the school with this extremely generous offer!
