2024 NJMAC Conference
New Jersey Montessori Association Corporation
Montessori teachers and administrators from across the state gathered at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ, for the annual NJMAC conference with the theme, United in Purpose: Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives. This Annual Conference is a professional event where attendees learn and network with industry experts. It aims to support, strengthen, and enhance the growth and development of Montessori schools in NJ. The keynote speaker, who has been a Montessorian for 50 years, was Biff Maier, Director of Curriculum and Alumni Projects at Lexington Montessori School. This year’s conference included approximately 500 attendees, 30 exhibitors, and 17 workshop presenters, including seven from our school.

Primary educators, Amy Gerstacker and Shazah Sabuhi presented Creating an Anti-Bias and Anti-Racist Environment in the Early Childhood Classroom.
PMonts Art Teacher, Lisa Stolzer presented Cosmic Expression: Art Responses to the Great Lessons.
Princeton Center for Teacher Education (PCTE) had a booth at the conference. Lisa Meisenbacher and Dorothy Paul enjoyed connecting with past and prospective students!
