Upper Elementary students are actively working on an interdisciplinary project to celebrate fall and the recent Thanksgiving holiday.
In biology, 3rd-grade students took a nature walk and collected fall foliage found in our school ecosystem. They pressed the leaves and flowers to preserve them and used the pressed leaves and flowers to decorate gifts for the other classrooms across the school.
They worked very hard to create beautiful gifts to deliver to each classroom and felt proud of the gratitude they inspired with their presents.
