The middle school students have been doing several fundraisers to earn money toward their weeklong trip to Spain in the spring. Their latest fundraiser is selling individual greeting cards.
The cards are created by Mrs. Morrison’s niece, who lives in Colorado. Lily is a high school student and began creating original works of art, in collaboration with local artists, in an attempt to raise money and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and to cover the costs of her non-traditional treatments for the disease she’s had since birth.
When Lily heard the middle school students at her aunt’s school were trying to raise money for their trip, she proposed they sell her cards for a profit for the trip. The profits made on each card sold will be split between Lily and the middle school 7th and 8th graders to go toward their trip.
You can buy the cards (one card for $4 or a pack of 5 for $20) by filling out this order form and sending in a check, made out to Princeton Montessori School, to Middle School.
