As a parent, you face one of the most challenging (and rewarding) roles of your life. No matter how much you love your child, there will still be moments filled with frustration, and at times, desperation. What do you do? Over the years, many parents have come to trust the Positive Discipline series for its consistent, commonsense approach to parenting. Positive Discipline is a program developed by Dr. Jane Nelsen designed to teach young people to become responsible, respectful and resourceful members of their communities. Positive Discipline teaches important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging for both children and adults.

Princeton Montessori School is hosting an Introduction to Positive Discipline Workshop for parents to learn more about this technique and how to apply it in your home. The workshop is free and open to the public, so feel free to bring a friend. We hope you can join us!
