9:15-9:45 - Students will guide their parents through a tour of their Artwork following the presentations. Bring children back to classroom when done.
9:45-10:00 - Coffee and snacks on patio (weather permitting) for parents only
On Thursday, May 31st, the Upper Elementary and Middle School students will visit the Cherry Valley Co-op Farm as part of our farm-to-school program. Students will learn about local farming, and how it is affected by climate, weather, soil conditions, and other factors.
On this day, students will depart from school by bus at 9:00 a.m. and travel to the farm on Cherry Valley Rd in Princeton, NJ. Students are asked to bring a disposable lunch to enjoy at the farm and they will return to school by 1:30 p.m.
What to bring/wear:
- Disposable lunch (students will eat at the farm)
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Comfortable walking shoes (no flip flops)
- Water bottle
- Apply and bring sunscreen

Razi Hasan, Ms. Sabuhi’s husband and avid fishkeeper, visited the Primary children to talk about his hobby and to share his favorite snails, shrimp, and shells from his travels around the world.
Elementary summer students visited Stony Brook Watershed for an insect safari in support of the Insect Tourists & Performers session. Using nets and bug boxes, the students discovered a vast array of inset life, learning how to find and identify them, and observing a variety of lifestyles and adaptations.
