Primary Students Visit Stonebridge

Spreading Joy​

Primary students have been working on making beaded flowers, and on Friday, they were thrilled to deliver them to the residents at StoneBridge Senior Living Community in Montgomery.  The children sang several songs to the residents, including You Are My Sunshine.  When it was time to leave, the residents surprised the children by singing You Are My Sunshine back to them!  There was not a dry eye in the place! It was a wonderful experience for everyone.

Maria Montessori called on all Secondary teachers to take students out into the world and to begin their year by building community.
