The Middle School students took a field trip of epic proportions to Medieval Times in Lyndhurst, NJ. It was a great way to culminate their European Medieval History rotation and experience a Medieval tournament complete with knights, horses, falconry, and jousting. Like royal guests centuries ago, the middle school spectators basked in the revelry while feasting upon a finger-friendly bill of fare without the aid of utensils. The students recognized and connected so many points and big idea questions as history came to life in an 11th century-style Castle. Cecilia had the honor of being chosen as the Queen of the Yellow Knight Kingdom!
