At the Toddler and Primary levels, Mrs. McElheny is leading a program called Art Atelier. During this time, children are invited to explore open-ended art materials. This allows the children a hands-on introduction to the elements of art in a naturalistic and intuitive way.
Primary
Young Primary artists showcase their creativity through markers and chalk on various textures. The primary Art Atelier program provides opportunities for students to participate in sensory and large motor activities where they can make elongated lines using markers that are taller than them.

Primary friends paint with mud, eager to cover and block out all the colors left behind.
