A way to get involved

The Parent Association of Princeton Montessori School is a vibrant, dedicated, and diverse organization of parent volunteers with a mission to build upon and celebrate our strong partnerships with parents, faculty, and school administration. We are inspired to nurture this incredible community by both creating opportunities to connect with other Princeton Montessori families as well as inviting families to participate in activities at the school. Parents or legal guardians of students currently attending Princeton Montessori School are automatically considered members and are welcome to actively participate.

At its core, the four pillars of the Princeton Montessori School Parent Association are:

We VOLUNTEER to help with school functions and initiatives.

The Princeton Montessori Parent Association is excited to share that we are planning our first-ever adults-only benefit dinner, and we’re hoping it becomes a new PMonts tradition! This year we’re calling it ‘La Dolce Vita: A Night of Community & Giving’, paying homage to Maria Montessori’s Italian roots. Think: a fun night out with great food, drinks, and an easy way to connect with fellow parents – all while giving back to our school!

Tentative Date: Thursday, April 30 | 6:00 pm

This evening is all about connection and community – a chance to relax, mingle, and build the friendships that make PMonts feel like home (alumni are welcome)! As an added bonus, the night will also support our school in a meaningful way, with proceeds supporting the enhancement of our outdoor spaces!

We’re also planning a little extra fun with raffles and a small auction, featuring prizes and experiences from local favorites. This will be a ticketed event, with more details to come. Location: A local Princeton restaurant (TBA) with amazing food and great ambiance.

The Parent Association was formed to support the mission of the school, help build community, and contribute to the larger needs of the Princeton area. The positive impact of the Parent Association is evident throughout the school, from personal communication related to your child’s program to the organization of philanthropic endeavors to personal outreach to incoming families. The association helps maintain a dedicated parent Wi-Fi ready space in which parents are welcome to come in, relax, and connect. This space also serves as a library of parenting books which current parents are welcome to borrow. All parents are welcome to attend any of the committee meetings which are posted on the parent calendar.

Rambusch Library and Lounge

The Rambusch Library and Lounge is a dedicated space to serve the needs of parents and faculty in providing library resources and a place to connect. Parents are always welcome to stop by, have a cup of coffee, check some emails, or just connect! The room can also be reserved for parent meetings.
