2025 NJMAC Conference

New Jersey Montessori Association Corporation

Montessori teachers and administrators from across the state gathered at Pines Manor in Edison, NJ, for the annual NJMAC conference, with the theme“From Prepared Environments to Empowered Citizens.This Annual Conference is a professional event where attendees learn and network with industry experts. It aims to support, strengthen, and enhance the growth and development of Montessori schools in NJ. The keynote speaker was Pamela Shanks, M.S. Ed., a master educator, author, and presenter. She specializes in inclusive Montessori education and provides professional development and consultative services to schools and teachers serving children whose development is complicated by delay or disability. 

Princeton Montessori School Toddler educators, Sue Saad and Shomaila Zafar, presented Balancing Freedom and Limits, and Sandhya Bemby, and Olga Soto presented Fostering Strong Parent-Teacher Connections During Conferences 

Princeton Center for Teacher Education (PCTE) had a booth at the conference. Lisa Meisenbacher and Huma Kazmi enjoyed connecting with past and prospective students!
