Thank You for all the items collected for the Holiday Giving Drive
The Parent Association’s Community Service Committee received a lovely Thank You card from The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey. You may remember that this is the organization that received the gifts that were collected from our Holiday Giving Drive.
The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey (CHSofNJ) is a nonprofit organization that helps at-risk infants, children, youth, and families achieve their potential. They gives parents the knowledge they need to help their children and themselves long after their active services have ended.
The children were thrilled to receive the gifts of toys, hats, and mittens. Thank you for your generosity and support in helping the school give back to our community. In addition to helping our less fortunate youth in Mercer county, these activities are designed to teach our children about the needs of others, and how their efforts can make a difference.
