Princeton Common Ground (PCG) is proud to host Dr. Judson Brewer, the Director of Research and Innovation at Brown University’s Mindfulness Center, and an associate professor in Behavioral and Social Sciences at Brown’s School of Public Health and Psychiatry at the School of Medicine.
His latest book, “Unwinding Anxiety“ has been an instant NYT bestseller, distilling more than 20 years of research into a clear, solution-oriented program. Dr. Brewer will offer his expertise to PCG’s audience to help faculty and parents bring his research-based techniques for unwinding anxiety into their dealings with children, as well as to their own needs as adults living in a world exhausted by COVID, climate change, economic pressures, societal unrest, and the new global order provoked by Russia’s incursion into Ukraine, to name just a few.
