After a two-year hiatus due to Covid restrictions, the Upper Elementary students took an overnight camping trip to Camp Bernie in Port Murray, NJ. This trip offers children an opportunity to gain a sense of independence with the freedom to be themselves while spending time outdoors and learning more about their natural surroundings. The students experienced rock climbing, a low ropes course, and many other team building and active social education activities. The evening campfire is always a favorite activity. It was great to be back at Camp Bernie! .
